By adding your website and its related links on Webmaster Tools you are able to track all information related with SEO like crawl errors, indexing, links, search keywords etc.

This section also shows keywords similar to Search section. But keywords shown here are the recommendation from Google. That is it shows the keywords which Google thinks is relevant.

Here you can see the site maps Google has found for your site. If it is no right you can submit a new site map for your website.
